I use multiple editing applications depending on the requirements of the job. They are Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Encore, and Pinnacle Studio Ultimate. With these, I can create a DVD or, if preferred, a file for presentation on the Internet. Just as important as the video is the choice of music to go with it. In working with music, I choose very carefully to make certain that the music enhances the video or story.
Each video example has been rendered in two different formats for ease of viewing.
"Visiting Ireland with a Celtic Bard" was put together from still photographs, a narrative track and music track. This video was produced for advertising purposes and demonstrates how effective a short promotional video can be.
The same can be done with video and/or photographs of a vacation trip or any special event you want to preserve. The second video is composed of clips from a vacation video and still photographs edited with additions of titles, transitions, overlays, and a music track.
The following video was created for as a memorial to the silent film star, Rudolph Valentino. Whether your subject is an idol, special family members or loved ones, this is a wonderful way to pay tribute to them and preserve their memory for generations to come.
